Zipper tool and table clamp all in one sturdy piece. Easily attaches to any table up to 2" thick. Simply screw to tighten until it touches.
Zipper jig to be used when adding a zipper pull to zipper-by-the-yard tape. Acts as a third hand to easily attach the zipper pull.
"V" slot fits #3, #4.5, #5 zipper pulls.
3D printed from PLA plastic.
Measures approximately 1-1/4" wide by 2" deep by 6" tall.
To use, simply insert a zipper pull in the "V" notch, so that the pull is on the inside and the slider for the zipper tape is on the outside, and the flared end is pointing up.
*** NOTE: Zipper sliders will stop at different points on the fork. Do not force the slider! ***
Then separate the zipper tape a few inches, and holding the teeth facing the jig, insert the right tape into the right groove of the slider, and the left into the left groove - at the same time. Then pull downwards on both tapes to push them onto the zipper pull.
